Inventory & Orders
We make the whole process of keeping track of orders as simple as possible.
How orders work
Every time someone buys from your boutique, you'll immediately receive the funds and the order will lock the inventory bought. A notification is sent to you with the order details by email and text message. You'll receive an email confirmation with the shipping details. After you ship the product you can simply mark the order as shipped.
If you want to refill your inventory you can edit the product and update the on-hand stock of any given size.
Update Inventory from phone
If you sold a product outside trend.nu you may still want to keep the inventory count updated. You can easily update the counter from the mobile version on the go.
Just type in trend.nu from your phone, sign in and choose "Products" from the menu.
Order notifications on your phone
You can configure your mobile phone to receive text messages when a new order is sold. It's free and works interntionally. To configure go to «Settings» tab, choose your country and enter your mobile phone.
You'll receive an immediate 4-digit confirmation code on your phone. Enter the confirmation code in the site and you will activate your phone to receive notifications. If you haven't received the code make sure your number is right and try to send it again.
You can stop mobile notifications anytime by just clicking on «Disable» near notification status.
